CareJourney’s Network Advantage tool provides Beaumont ACO with insight on building high performing networks, benchmarking providers and optimizing network operations.

HealthEC enables Beaumont ACO to offer a comprehensive, integrated Patient Registry and Analytics solution by aggregating and using administrative claims data and clinical information for our members. This system will replace WellCentive by the end of 2019.

Beaumont ACO uses PatientPing to receive real-time notifications on care-managed populations to improve coordination of care and outcomes.
