    The Deloitte presentation will provide an overview of MACRA and include specific discussion of recent technical changes to the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS); currently available Advanced Alternative Payment Models (AAPMs); special considerations for health care providers related to the All Payer Combination Option (begins Jan. 1, 2019).
